Passenger trains to be Express trains ?

Railway board started to change the passenger trains to express service. Traveling distance 200km or more trains are identified. And there is a major change to reduce halting where not needed. Central railway board has given orders to SCR and other railway zones to start the process immediately and details to be sent before 19th June. With this change common passengers and small shop owners could suffer.
